Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by our business as the data controller, within the scope described below.

• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, e-mail address
• Client transaction data: appointment dates, services received, payment details
• Visual data: before/after photos, only with your explicit consent
• Special categories of data: allergy and health information needed for a safe treatment, only with your explicit consent

3. Purposes

Your data is processed to manage appointments, deliver services safely, send touch-up and care reminders, handle requests and complaints, fulfil legal obligations and, with your consent, share offers.

4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method

Data is collected directly from you via our website forms, phone, WhatsApp and in our studio. The legal grounds are the establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2 KVKK), and your explicit consent (Art. 5/1 and 6 KVKK).

5. Transfers

Your data is shared only with authorised public bodies where legally required and with our hosting/messaging service providers, limited to the purpose.

6. Your Rights

Under Art. 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to the e-mail address on our contact page.
