The First 30 Days After PhiBrows: Healing Day by Day
Why do brows look dark at first and then faded? Here is what to expect during healing, step by step.
The first month after your PhiBrows treatment directly affects the quality of the result. Knowing what to expect will put your mind at ease and help you care for your brows properly.
Days 1–3: “Are they too dark?”
Your brows will look darker and sharper than you expected. Don't worry — some pigment is shed during healing and the colour softens by 30–50%.
Days 4–10: Flaking
Mild itching and fine flakes appear. The most important rule: never pick the flakes. Pigment comes away with them.
Days 10–20: The ghosting phase
Once the flakes fall, brows may look faded or even gone. As the skin renews, the pigment becomes visible again.
Week 4: The true colour
The pigment settles and your real brow colour shows. Now the touch-up session fills in any gaps.
What to avoid during healing
- Getting your brows wet (first 7–10 days)
- Sauna, swimming pools, the sea and intense workouts
- Make-up on the brow area
- Direct sun and tanning beds
